American National Election StudiesTo serve the research needs of social scientists, teachers, students, policy makers and journalists, the ANES produces high quality data from its own surveys on voting, public opinion, and political participation. Central to this mission is the active involvement of the ANES research community in all phases of the project. Roper iPOLLThe iPOLL database offers access to nearly half a million survey questions and answers asked in the U.S. by more than 150 survey organizations from the 1930's to the present. Some poll data is downloadable for further analysis, and some data can be analyzed using an online analysis tool. Also included is access to the archives and publications of the Roper Center for Public Opinion Research, which contain over 17,000 datasets
