  • Collected Courses of the Hague Academy of International Law. INTL KZ24 .H35 R43
    This multi-volume set contains the teachings of some of the most prominent scholars and practitioners in the field of international law.  Recent course offerings include: The Internationalization of the Practice of Law and Emerging Issues for Investor-State Arbitration (Volume 354, 2011) and The Public International Law Regime Governing International Investment (Volume 344, 2009).  Course lectures are available for download in PDF format from HeinOnline and can be searched by keyword or browsed by subject, author, and volume number.
  • UNCTAD Training Modules on Dispute Settlement
    The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has developed a multi-part course on dispute resolution methods that is available online without charge for educational purposes.  The course is divided into modules that focus on a particular forum for dispute resolution (ICSID, WTO, WIPO, etc.)  Modules 2.1 through 2.9 cover the resolution of investor-state disputes under ICSID.  All modules are available for download in PDF format.
