    Although its primary focus is on international trade law, this specialized news source also reports on developments international investment law and policy in Europe and beyond.  Borderlex's news coverage extends to many topics that are closely related to international investment law, such as industrial policy and subsidies. 
     
  • Global Arbitration Review (GAR).  Call No. K2400 .A15 G56 (in print).  GAR Online Platform
    This practitioner-oriented bi-monthly journal focuses on new developments in investor-state arbitration and includes brief summaries of notable recent decisions and awards. GAR's online platform is updated every business day.
     
  • Investment Arbitration Reporter (IAR)
    The Investment Arbitration Reporter is an investigative news tracking service that allows you to monitor breaking developments in pending and recently concluded investor-state arbitrations.     This monthly publication provides news and commentary about all aspects of international commercial arbitration, including investor-state arbitration.  In addition, it selectively publishes arbitral awards and court decisions concerning the enforcement of arbitral awards.
     
  • Transnational Dispute Management (TDM)
    TDM's peer-reviewed online journal is a reliable source for news and current developments concerning investor-state arbitration.  Readers my set up news alerts via email and RSS feeds devoted to particular issues.  TDM also hosts OGEMID, a moderated discussion forum for practitioners that focuses primarily on investment disputes involving the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
