    This practitioner-oriented bi-monthly journal focuses on new developments in investor-state arbitration and includes brief summaries of notable recent decisions and awards. GAR's online platform is updated every business day.
  • Investment Arbitration Reporter (IAR)
    The Investment Arbitration Reporter is an investigative news tracking service that allows you to monitor breaking developments in pending and recently concluded investor-state arbitrations. Practitioners and scholars with expertise in international investment law provide commentary and analysis.  Select either News & Analysis or Case Profiles from the main menu bar.
  • Kluwer Arbitration Blog

  • Transnational Dispute Management (TDM)
    TDM's peer-reviewed online journal is a reliable source for news and current developments concerning investor-state arbitration.  Readers my set up news alerts via email and RSS feeds devoted to particular issues.  TDM also hosts OGEMID, a moderated discussion forum for practitioners that focuses primarily on investment disputes involving the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
