Full Texts of U.S. Regional and Bilateral Trade Agreements

  • U.S. Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative maintains this directory of U.S. regional and bilateral free trade agreements (FTAs) that are currently in force.  For each FTA, a link to the final text in English (HTML format) is provided.  For many FTAs, inks to advisory group reports and other supplemental materials also are provided.

  • U.S. Trade and Investment Framework Agreements (TIFAs)
Trade and Investment Framework Agreements (TIFAs) are not formal, rules-based trade agreements.  Instead they provide a forum for the U.S. and one or more partner countries to discuss and facilitate cooperation on issues related to trade and foreign investment.  The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative maintains this directory of U.S. TIFAs, from which you can access the full text of each agreement in English and (sometimes) also in other languages.
