A selection of secondary sources on e-commerce, arranged by topic, follows.  To locate additional resources from the Georgetown Law Library's extensive collection of e-commerce materials, use the Advanced Search and select Law Library Catalog.  Then select Subject as the search field and search for the following subject headings as an exact phrase:  Electronic commerce -- Law and legislation.  For greater precision, search for the subject heading described above in the first line and use the remaining lines to search for additional terms or exact phrases using the default Any Field setting.
