The official version of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct is found as 22 NYCRR 1200 (more specifically in the New York Codes, Rules & Regulations Title 22 [Judiciary], Subtitle B Courts, Chapter IV Supreme Court, Subchapter E All Departments, Part 1200 Rules of Professional Conduct; § 1200.0 Rules of Professional Conduct). In 2009, the Rules of Professional Conduct replaced the previous Rules of Professional Responsibility.
