Citing German Law

Bluebook (KF245 .U5 2020) Rule 20 and Table 2.14, Germany, Federal Republic of (as of the 21st ed., available exclusively online), for assistance with citing to French law. R20 provides the general guidelines for citing foreign materials and T2.14 provides details specific to Germany. The Bluebook provides specific guidance for citing the Basic Law (constitution), codes, statutes, legislative materials, court decisions, and legal materials from the German Länder (states).
