Sources for Statistics in the Area or Subject

There are a number of sources that contain statistics relating to antitrust law and policy, but few devoted exclusively to the subject. The Department of Justice's Antitrust Division maintains a collection of public documents, many of which contain legal and statistical data. Federal Trade Commission periodic and policy reports are also available online.

These are only a few of the potential sources for antitrust statistics. For a comprehensive list of statistical sources and advice on conducting statistical research, please see our Statistics & Empirical Legal Studies Research Guide.
