Introduction

While not comprehensive, it provides a listing of the most important, current, and relevant materials available in this subject area. The guide includes both primary and secondary sources, in both print and electronic formats.

Bloomberg Law Antitrust Practice Center
A collection of both primary and secondary resources designed for practitioners but also useful for researchers looking for specific resources. Searchable resource categories include primary law, agency materials, dockets, legal analyses, news, and practice tools.
Trade Regulation Reporter (VitalLaw, formerly Cheetah/CCH)
This is a comprehensive looseleaf service which covers all significant developments in antitrust law and policy, including both analysis and primary sources. This publication is also available in print, with printings from 1965-1988 and 1988-present available in the law library.

"The Department of Justice Antitrust Division promotes and protects the competitive process through the enforcement of antitrust laws. Their web site contains the latest antitrust information including public documents and antitrust case filings since December, 1994."
Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, Legal Library
"The FTC's antitrust arm, the Bureau of Competition, seeks to prevent business practices that restrain competition." The legal library contains various public documents including case materials, advisory opinions, informal interpretations, and agency statements.
