Treaties

Special Rapporteur on the Right of Everyone to the Enjoyment of the Highest Attainable Standard of Physical and Mental Health
Established in 2002.  Work includes gathering and sharing information, reporting on the status of the right to health, proposing recommendations, and responding to individual complaints.  Has issued reports on the elements of the right to health, repordutive rights, mental disabilities, and the effects of trade on health.

Council of Europe treaties on health and human rights

Founded in 1949, this 47-member organization's central mission human rights and the social well-being of member states.  Note that this is not the EU.
