Listed below are electronic and print sources for accessing case law from Canada's provincial courts. For those without access to Lexis and Westlaw, the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) provides free online access to provincial case law, as do some provincial court websites. Note that many provincial courts rely on CanLII to provide free online access to case law and do not make judgments available on their respective websites. Note also that dates of coverage for free online access to case law vary considerably by province and by court.
