Customs Law Research Guide

If you are new to international customs law, start your research with a secondary source.  In addition to providing you with background information, analysis, and commentary, secondary sources will help you to identify relevant primary sources (treaties, national legislation and regulations, and case law).

To locate additional books on customs law from the Georgetown Law Library's collection, use the Advanced Search and select Law Library Catalog.
 
For greater precision, select Subject as the search field and search for one of the following subject headings:  

• Customs administration
• Foreign trade regulation
• Tariff -- Law and legislation

Or search for a subject heading in the first line and enter one or more keywords in the second line using the default Any Field setting.
