Customs law includes tariffs on imports and exports and other measures that regulate the flow of goods into and out of a country.  This research guide focuses on international customs law, including treaties and internationally recognized standards, such as the Harmonized System for the classification of goods.  It also covers national customs laws and regulations enacted by jurisdictions outside the United States.
