Customs Law Research Guide

This guide details sources for researching international customs law, including sources from international organizations and major trade agreements.


Customs law covers tariffs and other measures that are used to regulate the flow of goods into and out of a country.  This research guide focuses on international customs law, including treaties and internationally recognized standards, such as the Harmonized System for the classification of goods.  It also covers national customs laws and regulations enacted by jurisdictions outside the United States.
